Step 1: Place the knee brace on the knee
Open all straps. Hold brace against your knee so the center of the brace sits over your kneecap.
Make sure the side supports are on each side of your knee.
Step 2: Fasten the top strap
Wrap the top strap around your thigh (above the knee ) and attach it gently . It should feel secure but not too tight.
Step 3: Fasten the bottom strap
Wrap the bottom strap around your lower leg (below the knee) and attach it comfortably.
Adjust so it feels supportive without squeezing.
Step 4 : Check comfort and fit
Stand up slowly and take a few steps. If needed , loosen or tighten straps so the brace feels comfortable and stable.
